To prepare our minds and bodies for meditation, we will practice Dirga Pranayama (three-part breath). This is one of the most calming, grounding breath work tools you can practice to help focus your attention on the present moment and to get in-tune with your Self energy.

🌟 Manifesting with Goal Writing (11:05-11:07)
Choose what you want to manifest through a corresponding affirmation or goal. Be prepared to write this down in a journal or on a sheet of paper. You will write down your affirmation three times - preferably on yellow paper with a red pen. This prompts the brain to take action and subconsciously aligns you towards making your dreams a reality.

🌟 Meditating with the 11:11 Gateway (11:08-11:18)
Collectively, we will visualize through our mind’s eye the desired outcome of our affirmations and goals through the 11:11 Gateway guided meditation. We will take a sacred pause at 11:11 a.m. for one minute of silent meditation. During this sacred pause, you will have the opportunity to download any answers, thoughts, feelings, or other information coming through.

🌟 Yellow Book Journaling (11:18-11:30)
An opportunity to free write (or draw) anything and everything that came through to you during your meditation or after. You will write in the present tense to affirm you are ready to receive it all. You will also have the opportunity to share any insights with the group if you feel called to share.

🌟 Intuitive Guidance Readings (11:30-11:45)
Gain further clarity and guidance through an Intuitive Guidance Reading. I will connect with my spirit guides (and yours) to deliver a message to you that is aligned with your highest good.
